The journal provides a scholarly platform for critical and theoretical studies in philosophy and mysticism, with particular attention to Islamic intellectual traditions and their engagement with classical and contemporary philosophical discourses. The journal welcomes high-quality manuscripts employing philosophical, mystical, or theoretical approaches from diverse academic traditions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>SCOPE</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Kanz Philosophia welcomes original research addressing issues related to philosophy and mysticism, including:</p> <ul> <li class="show">Islamic philosophy and philosophy in Islam;</li> <li class="show">Philosophical theories, concepts, and problems;</li> <li class="show">Islamic philosophers and thinkers;</li> <li class="show">Sufism and Islamic mysticism;</li> <li class="show">Classical and contemporary Sufism;</li> <li class="show">Comparative philosophy and mysticism;</li> <li class="show">Philosophy of religion, ethics, culture, and society; and</li> <li class="show">Epistemological, ontological, and metaphysical inquiries.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;">Interdisciplinary contributions are welcome, provided that the main substance of the manuscript is substantially grounded in philosophical or mystical perspectives.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Authors with Indonesian Institutional Affiliation: IDR 3,500,000</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Authors with Non-Indonesian (International) Institutional Affiliation: USD 200</p> <p><strong>AUTHOR GUIDELINES</strong></p> <ol> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">Manuscripts must follow the Chicago Manual of Style, 18th Edition (Author-Date). Page numbers must be included where specific passages are cited, e.g., (Bunge 2012, 167–171). Footnotes are not used for bibliographical citations.</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">Manuscripts must strictly follow the official Kanz Philosophia Template.</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">Manuscripts must be written in standard American English (US English).</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">Manuscripts must contain 15–25 pages, excluding References.</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">Each manuscript must include English and Indonesian abstracts, each 200–250 words.</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">The title must be in English, must not exceed 20 words, and must clearly indicate a focus related to philosophy and/or mysticism (Sufism).</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">A maximum of five authors may be listed for each manuscript.</li> <li class="show" style="text-align: justify;">At least 80% of all references must be scholarly journal articles, with a minimum of 30 journal articles published within the most recent 10 years.
